Can I get a GST Invoice?

I don’t have a GST Registration yet. Can I still be a member of Wholesale Membership Program?
There is no restriction as such for this and you can be a member of the Our Wholesale Membership Program. However, as per government guidelines,
business whose aggregate turnover in a financial year exceeds Rs 20 lakhs has to mandatory register under Goods and
Services Tax. This limit is set at Rs 10 lakhs for North Eastern and hilly states flagged as special category states. We would advise you to please
consult a professional tax consultant.
Can I sell on Online Marketplaces?
No. Any online marketplace would require you to have a Brand Authorization in order to sell any brand on that particular online marketplace. As a member of Our Wholesale Membership Program you are authorised to resell products anywhere other than online marketplaces. You are however free to create your own websites, retail stores, partner with retail stores, wholesale, Facebook groups/pages.

What commission or markup do I get?
The products available on Our Wholesale Program have Wholesale and Bulkpricing which gives you an opportunity to buy at extremely competitive rates andsell them to customers while making a good profit.
What if the items I purchased don’t sell. Can I return them against Money back?
The items sold through Our Wholesale Membership Program are outright sale.However, you can return upto 20% of your total purchase which is less than 45days old. The amount is given back only in the form of WC Wallet which can beused against any purchases in future through this Platform.
Can I buy products for my personal use?
No, Our Wholesale Program is meant only for Small and medium businesses whointend to further sell our products. Any product purchased through OurWholesale Program is meant for Resale only and not for personal use. In case youwish to buy and Our product for your personal use, you can do that by buyingthem from www.chidambaramcovering.com.
What is order processing time?
All Order would be processed within 48 hours of the transaction.
What are the Shipping Rates?
For orders within India Shipping is FREE, for orders outside India standard shipping rates based on the shipment weight apply.
Are buyers from outside India eligible?
Yes, buyers from all across the world are eligible.
What is the eligibility criteria?
Any Retailer/Wholesale Buyer who can depict a Reselling business channel to be eligible for this Program.
How do I Pay for my orders?
You can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, WC Wallet or using Netbanking options. All these are prepaid methods of placing an order. You can also place an order using "Cash on Delivery" method.
